Return Policy
New, unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund, with the exception of anesthetics, if returned within 3 months of purchase (product must be received in sellable condition). Simply contact our office at (866)550-5665 and we will assist you with the return process. Opened products are not returnable and will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Shipping
Customer pays all shipping costs. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, those that can will incure international shipping rates. Customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
